This was my first time getting electrolysis for my facial hair.  I didn’t know what to expect but in my mind all I could think about was there would be pain.  Ms. Tima took very good care of me and made sure that I was at ease.  She is professional, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service.  The shop was very well-lit and clean and loved the music for comfort.

Tima is the absolute best. She’s knowledgeable, highly skilled and thorough, and even better, she’s fun to hang out with (and has great taste in music). If you’re on the fence, try Tima — you won’t be disappointed!

I was very unhappy with the my last electrolysis service in DC as the provider basically plucked all my hairs out and they grew back way too quickly. I decided to google for something in the larger DMV area because of the limited options in the city. I feel so lucky to have come across ElectrolySista. Fatima is a wonderful, compassionate and a thorough service provider. She loves her job and it reflects in the way she works and her amazing studioHer first consultation is for free and she spends 45mins explaining all the procedures and even gives her clients the option of choosing which electrolysis modality to go for. Her studio is sterile and she makes sure to work on all the hairs and multiple times if necessary before removing them. I am definitely coming back - she's a first class electrolysis service provider in the DC and DMV area!
