CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY ​
The ElectrolySista Cancellation / Reschedule policy is that if you cannot keep your appointment, then you are required to either reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are not able to reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment for any reason, then you must and are required to, without exception, cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24-hour advance window passes, then you will lose your 50% deposit. These are the only two (2) options that you have if you cannot keep your appointment. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO AVOID LOSING YOUR 50% DEPOSIT! ​

Calling or emailing ElectrolySista to inform us that you want to or intend to reschedule your appointment does not in any way constitute a rescheduled appointment.

Calling or emailing ElectrolySista to inform us that you want to or intend to cancel your appointment does not in any way constitute a canceled appointment.

Calling or emailing ElectrolySista to inform us of your intention to either reschedule or cancel only notifies us of your intention to either reschedule or cancel your appointment, but it does not in any way constitute a canceled or rescheduled appointment.

TO CONSTITUTE A CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. To constitute a canceled or rescheduled appointment 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you must go into the same booking system where you booked your ElectrolySista appointment and either reschedule or cancel your appointment.
2. On our end, after you cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will see the space where you originally booked open and become available for others to book that space. If we do not see the time slot become available for the day of your appointment, then you have not canceled or rescheduled your appointment 24 hours in advance. You will be notified via email and/or phone call if your time slot is not available.
3. You have the sole responsibility to either cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. It is not ElectrolySista's responsibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment on your behalf.

REMEMBER! If YOU do not reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, then you lose your 50% deposit for your appointment. Also, please be advised that if you do not show up for your appointment, then you are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total service price.

NO-SHOW POLICY​
No-shows are charged 100% of the full-service price.

If you do not come to your appointment on the scheduled day and time, and if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, even if you call or email ElectrolySista, you are charged 100% of the total cost of your appointment as a "No-show."

LATE POLICY​
The ElectrolySista Late policy is that all appointments have a grace period of up to 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, then you will lose that time for your treatment and still pay the total price of the scheduled appointment.
For example, if you book a 1-hour appointment but arrive 10 minutes late, then you will still get the full 1-hour treatment. However, if you arrive 15 minutes late, then you will only receive 45 minutes of treatment and still pay for the full hour. ElectrolySista will not accommodate lateness of more than 10 minutes as it impedes the timeliness of the next client’s appointment.

REMEMBER! Your appointment starts at the scheduled time, whether you are in the office or not. If you are late more than 10-minutes, then you will lose treatment time. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.​​
REFUND POLICY​
There are No Refunds for electrolysis services rendered to anyone for any reason. There are No Refunds or Exchanges for products sold to anyone for any reason.
